If your ticket isn't covered
You can still claim the normal way, online or by post, within the deadline (usually 28 days). It takes about five minutes. See how to claim, step by step.
Tips
- Book directly with the train company if you want automatic claims. Tickets from third-party sites usually aren't included.
- Make sure the email address on your booking is one you check.
- If you don't hear anything within a few days of a delay, claim manually before the deadline runs out.
